(Page 4, clause 7.3, line 2) — Substitute ‘IS 12235 (Part 2)’ for ‘Annex A’.
(Page 4, clause 8.2, line 2) — Substitute ‘IS 12235(Part 18)’ for ‘Annex C’.
(Page 4, clause 8.2) — Insert the following at the end of the clause:

‘In case of socket-ended pipes, this test shall be carried out on the plain portion
of the pipe, taken at least 100 mm away from the root of the socket.’

(Page 9, Annex A) — Delete.

(Page 14, Annex C) — Delete.
